I'm actually not as disappointed, it's a great school but I've heard the students are ferociously competitive and that the administration is unapproachable. I'm more disappointed about Virginia, but I'm not taking any of them too hard. I'm happy with where I've been accepted so far, and looking forward to even more choices soon! Can you petition the admissions committee to reconsider? It may be worth inquiring. That's to take nothing away from W&M (congratulations!) -- a first rate school with, by comparison, a substantially more cohesive student body.
